What really happened?

First of all there is the truth of the forgiving saviour,

the eternal life, the compassion and love for others,

the resurrection from death,

the forgiveness of sin.

These truths have inspired people for thousands of years,

today and yesterday.

Today there are researchers who are concluding

that every truth of faith is not true,

because the historical facts most probably are different

from what we learned on Sunday school.

In this webpage I try to explain what really happened.

First of all there is the ancient religion of Egypt.

This religion was very much alive and dominating

daily life from about 5000 BC until 562 AD.

This religion was ancient when Greeks and Romans

started their religions, evenso when the Hebrew nations

got their religion.

The ancient Egyptian religion survived all the religions

of Antiquity, except for the Hebrew, the John the Baptist churches

 and the Christian religions.

The believe in resurrection after death in the body,

the forgiveness of sin, and many many other Christian truths

were a natural and unchangable part of the Egyptian religion.

The Our Father prayer comes straight forward from an equal Egyptian prayer.

The invisible and almighty God who is Amen.

The possibility for everybody to pray to God.

It was all there in that time.

In the time of Jesus there are least four important things happening.

1. The deep religious feeling of the Jewish people

for the presence of the Messiah.

Apparently there was a tradition of the Messiah

being reborn every generation with the name Menachem.

See my webpage on the Menachem

2. the John the Baptist movement.

We know for sure, that a prophet went out into the desert,

baptizing the people to repent for their sins.

This movement was preceding the Jesus movement and did not end with the Jesus group.

It is known that the John the Baptist church

was well organized and still openly existed around 800 AD.

Even today there are surviving John the Baptist churches.

A big part of the New Testament scriptures are taken from the John the Baptist church.

Very probable this John the Baptist church even today

is in existence, having a secret existence.

The beautiful Magnificat prayer is originally

from the John the Baptist church.

I will make a webpage on this subject.

3. the Healer.

Textual analysis makes it very sure that

the healing miracles were done by one person.

The miracles all happened.

They were all for the glory of the eternal god.

Since this type of miracles was absolutely known

and practised in ancient Egypt,

this healing person came from Egypt,

which in that time was not ancient, but completely in existence.

Jesus and his family were very much connected to Egypt.

The New Testament decribes how they did hide away in Egypt.

God is calling his child out of Egypt.

Egypt also had a Christian tradition,

in the very learned city of Alexandria

as well as in the presence of a special temple.

See my page on this temple

In Egypt were the first monasteries.

In Egypt the bible was translated into ancient Greek,

the so-called Septuagint.

Also the Hebrew tradition is closely related to Egypt.

The John the Baptist church had its headquarters in Alexandria.

My opinion is, that the very special person Jesus

somehow is related to these healing miracles.

4. the Word.

There are a lot of long speeches and parables

in the New Testament, which clearly belong together.

This is confirmed by the Gospel of Thomas,

also being a collection of wise sayings.

Many of the letters of Paul do belong to the oldest writings

from before the New Testament and these letters were respected by

many of the churches and movements of the Jesus period.

In my opinion Paul would be very amazed to hear

that the New Testament writers incorporated his personality

in their purposes as being an apostle of Jesus.

Most probably he never was an apostle of Jesus.

Contemporary people saw Paul as a renewer of the faith,

and not as the sturdy conservative preacher he was made into

in the New Tespament.

The same with Stephanos, the first martyr.

Studying the ancient Greek text my conclusion is,

that the accusation of so-called blasphemy

was absolutely understandable, because Stephanos brought

another message then we are made to believe

by centuries of preaching.

Stephanos gave his last speech before being killed

about the God of eternal Glory honored by the people of that time.

Ho theos he doxes, the God of the Glory.

All these speeches were really spoken.

All these wise parables were really known and

are significant for the believers of all time.

All of these movements and several more had their own writings,

their own respected books and papyri in as many languages.

We know that the Ethiopian church was in existance,

because of the important visitor from Ethiopia

 coming to Jerusalem.

There was an Arabic historic center of believe,

where Paul lived for years in exile.

Somehow the time period from 50 BC to 70 AD

has been so inspiring and so complex,

that these very significant happenings were never forgotten.

It gave some power groups

the writers of the New Testament the opportunity

to aim for power and supremacy

by erasing all the others.
