Austerlitz

In 1804 the soldiers of Napoleon Bonaparte
made this immense piramid as a memorial for the
victory
of the battle of Austerlitz.
The monument has been one of the very popular
places
of the Netherlands with daily many tourists
making the walk through the forest along the
sandy little roads.
Recently the foresters started restaurating
the special place, because the forest had grown
all over the piramid
in the 200 years of existence.
This is a very remarkable Spirit Place.
