A shocking book in 3 volumes
about endless killings and tortures.
Lea also wrote also a history in 4 volumes
on the Inquisition of Spain,
and
posthumus:
Materials toward a study of withcraft (1939)
about the witch burnings.
Lea has been seen as an enemy of
the Christian faith, which he was not.
He dedicated his fortune to finding the truth,
and he did find the facts in all amazing
horrors.
Nobody ever doubted the facts he revealed.
At his death many newspapers wished him into
hell.
